Using the language of metaphor, our predecessors intuited the fundamental essences of the Universe we live in and the generic structure of the human being. Energetic symbolism finds its roots in this type of cultural treasure, leading us toward the essences of knowledge.

”I feel, therefore I am! » – the spiritual foundation of personal life
The 10-year-old gymnast tells me about the fear she feels when she performs her exercise during competitions. The frankness with which she described her emotions gave me a transparent image of the interference of her psychic plans participating in this intimate game. I felt the waves of her desire intensifying, mixed with contrary emotions that she could not identify. She spoke sincerely of her suffering, emphasizing her feeling of loneliness and helplessness.
– Do you need support? Do you think someone can help you? — I asked her.
Suddenly, a gleam of saving grace appeared in her eyes and he replied spontaneously:
– Mom!
Except that the next moment, she grimaced as if something had caused her an unpleasant sensation, and… her whole body stiffened. She no longer moved, remained in a position that suggested to me an abandoned baby. Only one point of contact remained in her eyes, as if her whole being had taken refuge there. From there, she looked at me intensely, but it seemed to me that she was preparing to absorb the entire universe. She said nothing, but I had the impression that through this look, she was waiting to cling, like a thief, to any information that I would have given her. The young gymnast no longer understood her own reaction. How had she dared to say such a thing? Rationally, she knew very well that her mother could not help her on the ground. But there you have it, the hidden truth of what she really felt had emerged.
I realized that she had suddenly entered an emotional state where she relived her whole life in these fractions of a second. She was so brave that she had allowed herself to slide towards the base of these terrifying emotions which were precisely the source of the conflict, and she had exposed them with incredible candor. That was the problem and she revealed her whole attitude with a single gesture.
Although a moment of silence had settled between us that seemed to encompass infinity, I felt the vibration of her emotions dancing on a subtle plane, like an unwritten melody. It was her poem coming from the heart, structuring the most intimate feelings. Subtle meanings mysteriously slipped away like an underground river, waiting to be discovered. Meaning was already floating in the silence of vibrations from which the colors of the Soul’s dance were born. Unspoken words and unexpressed gestures, tears that did not dare to flow and smiles that were not yet born, rediscovered their hidden identity. They were already in the energy framework of the feeling that intuitively reproduced personal truth by a simple look. The feeling that the little gymnast was experiencing so well expressed her whole story through mimicry that there was no longer any need for words.
Here is a whole symphony of subtle existence revealed by a single gesture. And me, I was there, in the context created by our relationship and I intuitively perceived its beauty. But I was only watching, fascinated by the depth of the present moment, which reproduced the universal law of Consciousness.
Just that it is not only the story of the little gymnast. Through her momentary experience, she had simply entered the vibrations of a universal story of generic man. This is exactly the universal story of the little « I » through which we anchor ourselves in our own existence.
It is the story of each of us when we swing between the need for support and the responsibility to decide…
It is exactly the story of the self-awareness of man generic. It took a little moment of authenticity to awaken Consciousness and thus, the essence universal of human nature emerged….
The 10-year-old girl had just experienced a moment of awareness, through which she had seen herself operating in the subtle planes of her energies. It was her moment of spiritual authenticity. The essence of any spiritual process is nothing other than what this girl had revealed at this magical moment, created by the force of her own Soul.
This is the reason why, when meditating on how to describe the key elements of the process that propels us towards higher levels of consciousness, she came back to my mind. We reproduce our life story in every gesture, and from their subtle plane spiritual elements always appear. You just have to learn to decode them. In this sense, there are many theories in very different languages, but they all deal with the same phenomenon. It’s like the story of the elephant, which everyone described according to the part they had been able to touch.
As a therapist, one is obliged to think eclectically to adapt to the client’s needs, according to the evolution of their experience: effectiveness takes precedence over the scientific validity of a theory. For me, this game is centered on the concepts of universal culture. I also tried to give you an overview here. As a result, this book merges ideas from psychology, science, philosophy, mythology and folk traditions.
Symbolic language makes it possible to maintain consistency between expressions that seem very different. Through metaphor, it reveals the subtle dimension that unifies everything. Ultimately, all language is a metaphor aimed at revealing a facet of reality that we seek to understand. Furthermore, the exploration of oriental energy techniques has provided me with a practical way to immediately test the effectiveness of the concepts used. When we mobilize bodily energies, we are surely on the path to truth. Because our body is directly rooted in archetypal energies. Then, it authentically expresses our subtle truth and all our life experiences. All this information is recorded in our energy field, which is an archetypal reality, located on the border between the material and the spiritual.
This Energetic Reality contains everything that is essential to our existence and ensures our connection to universal forces. It also preserves the transgenerational experience, which serves as the foundation for the personal existence of each individual. Western psychologists call this the Unconscious, but the psychic processes that occur there are the same, regardless of the point of view. They are expressed through symbolic language, which is universal.
As a result, to approach these phenomena, I turned to energy symbolism, an approach that allows us to simultaneously decipher the energy form of a process and its informational content, conveyed by symbols. It is a perspective that allows us to intuitively grasp the universal laws and which offers us a spiritual vision of our existence.
