This book offers simple and effective verbal techniques for psychic programming, essential for clearly defining your self-image and planning successful actions. For these words to reach their full effectiveness, they must be properly energized and pass through the prism of spiritual processes that grant them legitimacy and power.

This is why the book also presents quick methods to activate your inner energies and reveals the mechanisms of consciousness that set your intentions in motion. You will find clear explanations, practical illustrations, and demonstrative videos to guide you step by step in applying the techniques.

Naturally, our words gain strength at the very moment consciousness awakens. This is why I have detailed these processes in another, more theoretical book, which you can discover here:

**The Eternity of the Ephemeral Ego – Archetypal Symbolism of Energetic Anchoring**

Symbolism of Energetic Anchorage

Understanding the theory behind these techniques reinforces trust in their effectiveness and even allows you to create your own tools tailored to your specific needs. However, in this book, the techniques are ready-to-use and accessible to everyone, requiring no advanced knowledge of psychology or spirituality. All you need is common sense and discipline.

The proposed energetic techniques enable you to quickly reach the state necessary for awareness, thereby facilitating the integration of information from self-programming expressions into your energetic field.

Description

Do you know why I invite you to read this book?

To encourage you to dare! Our truth fully reveals itself when words of power express our authentic needs and are rooted in personal value and the principle of the personal Self. This book shows you how to discover them. To better understand the proposed approach, I invite you to read this short passage.

Dare to give creative power to your truth!

One of the concepts that I develop in my writings is the interaction between the psychological and the spiritual. There is a magical point of convergence there, a point that we cannot grasp rationally, but when we live it, we feel the truth. The exercises that I suggest to you aim to bring you to this point, but the way in which you will apprehend it depends exclusively on your own subjectivity. Because the objective is to find your own truth.

Concerning this subject, the story that came to my mind has the effect of a therapeutic story, being able to encourage the Subconscious to embark on the investigations that I suggest. It is therefore appropriate as an introduction. The search for our truth involves a process that is based on the spiritual potential of infinite value but which also involves direct contact with this resource, which leads to intense emotional reactions. The crisis that these emotions generate is nothing other than the gateway to the space of materialized creation. For this, it is essential to become aware of the rhythm of the universal dynamic, and this can be achieved through a moment of initiation. At that moment, our role is validated. And this allows us to grasp the system that encompasses us as a whole. The following tantric story presents exactly this adventure of spiritual growth, which brings spiritual quality into manifest life.

According to a Hindu legend, at a certain point, above the sky, Brahma, the creator god, and Vishnu, the god of order, were arguing about their position: which of them was the greatest? Then Shiva, the god of universal dynamics, offered them a potential image of Infinity and told them that they would find out which of them was superior if they reached the final point. Brahma lied by claiming to have reached this point. As proof, he gave him a lotus that he created with his imagination. Shiva then cut off his head, because he was aware that Brahma had lied. It is just that aggression is punished in the spiritual world; as a result, Shiva fell from the sky. In his form of Bhairava, the god of time and experience, he wandered on earth like a beggar and could not find his place. A sage advised him to pray to Vishnu. After these prayers, at some point, Vishnu appeared and filled Shiva’s begging bowl with his blood. In this way, Shiva Bhairava received a magical power by which he was accepted as the guardian in the temple of the Goddess.

The Temple of the Goddess is nothing but a materialized value, and our body is a representative value in this sense. Tantrics work with bodily energies because they provide the archetypal energy necessary for mental productions.

In a symbolic perspective, the gods are the metaphor of the principles, while the Goddess embodies the energetic value that these principles support and govern. In the same way as in Hindu history, it is essential to value the processes of our experiences in order to be powerful in creative activity. An initiatory moment is always present, where we pass from one level of consciousness to another, higher one. According to energy symbolism, the advantage lies in the possibility of discovering these divinities within and in the fact that the whole spiritual adventure is nothing other than the negotiation between the different parts of our own personality. So, I propose to discover how you can exploit the resources you already possess in order to improve the quality of your own existence.

Dare to assert yourself!

Freedom conquered by speech and one’s own decision

« Power comes from within » is a well-known maxim in the field of personal development. Although psychology has already provided us with the necessary information to understand the nature of this force, the theories on this subject often remain complex. Adopting a common-sense approach, I would like to offer here some simple and clear explanations, which nevertheless have practical implications.

Of course, theories can strengthen our faith in the existence and accessibility of this inner force. This is why I have also written two books in which I theoretically detail the subtle processes that influence our behavior. In my experience, a rational understanding facilitates the acceptance and experimentation of the techniques I propose. This was one of my fundamental methods to encourage my clients to undertake the journey of personal discovery: I described to them in a rational way what it consisted of. Even for my personal analysis, I always informed myself before starting to practice a technique. However, these concepts are best assimilated when they are tested by experience. Because after all, a single technique of efficiency does more than an entire library. The truth revealed by experience has a creative power. Since our childhood, we have all been searching for this truth through each of our actions.

We all hope to find the magic formula: open sesame[1]… And I, in a high school class, understood that the magic formula really exists, and that’s why I chose to study psychology. Listening to what the teacher was saying, I had a quick click, and I understood that we have the possibility to change our attitude, and then, our whole relational system changes. If we change the way we give and receive, we also change the quality of what we receive.

For me, it was really nice to discover something from my childhood dream, in which I wanted to believe in a magic where a simple gesture solved all the questions. In my childhood dreams, my hand floated in the air, and with a simple movement, it eliminated evil while establishing good. Later, I wanted to laugh when I discovered the non-contact massage and realized that it was indeed possible.

With a single movement, which seems cut from a magical dance and with the mind anchored in the imagination, one can truly move vast and deep energetic structures.

If you are connected to the internet and click on this image, you will be able to see a demonstration of contactless energetic self-massage. Automassage énergétique sans contact (symbolisme énergétique)

[1] The expression “Open Sesame!” comes from the Arabian Nights tale of Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves. Ali Baba, a poor woodcutter, one day discovers by chance a secret cave belonging to a band of forty thieves. While observing the thieves, he hears the leader pronounce the magic words “Open Sesame!” to open the entrance to the cave. After they leave, Ali Baba uses the same words to enter the cave and discovers a fabulous treasure.

The only problem is that after such an energetic intervention, the information existing in these energy patterns begins to surface. This is where the great adventure of consciousness begins, metaphorically illustrated by all the tales where heroes overcome evil. Because personal development takes place on two distinct levels:

  1. The energetic level, where we use the structures of our physical body as a basis for the experiences we live.
  2. The level of consciousness, where we process information using our psychic abilities.

This text aims to present symbolic methods where we use information as a tool of consciousness in order to organize energies.

More precisely, it is about powerful words.

And I am not talking about esoteric terms and mysterious metaphors, but rather words from everyday language. These words are found even in the simplest sentences, used by children after learning the elementary rules of grammar.

Grammar provides us with the noun (or pronoun) to designate certain realities, the verb to express action, and the adjectives and adverbs to qualify. Nothing more is needed to consciously coordinate the energies that support our achievements.

Just that, these words truly acquire a right force if they reflect our true reality. Your word of power is therefore your personal word, the one you choose to express yourself. The way you choose your powerful words is what I want to explain in this presentation. Formulas copied from others or created artificially are simply not effective. These terms must come directly from your own experience while crossing several cognitive and spiritual layers.

In fact, these are natural processes that we follow intuitively. But if we become aware of them, we increase their potential. To illustrate the type of knowledge covered, I will provide theoretical explanations and introduce you to some concepts of psychology and spirituality. This is beneficial for building self-confidence, which is an essential driver for working on one’s spiritual development.

However, the exercises I suggest do not require any prerequisites in spirituality or psychology. They are comparable to the exercises that a student does after learning the basics of writing. Nevertheless, their effects are profoundly effective. They activate the structure of your spiritual life without any particular effort on your part. These exercises do not lead you to esoteric fantasies but guide you towards taking charge and appropriating the spiritual space that surrounds your daily actions. They help you find solutions to adapt here and now, in the most concrete way, to your living environment.

To achieve this, it is necessary to verbalize your thoughts. Their verbal expression is the most effective technique to give them energy. Words are the tools of consciousness, and, through their use, you direct and control your being and what you possess. In your words is the magical power that the child imagines when his mind navigates freely in the space of transcendence.

And his dream is surely true, because in the spiritual plane, there is no lie; everything is authentic. However, it is necessary to have discernment to identify at what level of consciousness the truth expressed metaphorically through the dream is at a given moment. Its concretization depends on the way in which it is anchored in the immanence of the present reality.

The reality of a dream also stems from the fact that we are constantly in the spiritual universe of all possibilities. The energy massage quickly made me understand this. From the beginning, I had the impression of working in cooperation with the divinity. The information that guides my movement seems to prove something beyond me; I do not do it rationally. I only instinctively realize a movement requested by the subtle vibrations. At the same time, the change in the sensations felt by my client is instantaneous.

However, if we intervene only on the energetic level, moving something or repairing a circuit, the energies will eventually return to their initial configuration after the intervention. This can make things extremely complex.

The energy, already in motion, will bring up previously hidden conflicts with increased force, catching us off guard. Lost in the face of these revelations, our despair is likely to intensify.

These blockages require resolution through cognitive restructuring, where language plays a major role. We must change the information at the heart of the activated energy formation, transforming our beliefs, convictions, and habits.

The first condition for successful interventions of this kind is to correctly identify oneself as the subject of the actions. I have seen from experience that, even if we have natural programs that allow us to enter the role of subject, this is not always done optimally. Particularly when there are early traumas, from birth, or even from the intrauterine period, difficulties arise. The essential solution to overcome such an obstacle lies in making the decision to accept life.

The subject has the capacity to change; without his commitment, no change will occur. Therefore, the first step in an effective cognitive intervention is to answer this essential question:

– Who am I?

No matter what changes we want to bring about in our lives, they take shape through our role as an agent of action. In this content, I present practical methods that reinforce this central role. Our psyche manifests its spiritual dimension through our actions. And symbolically, action is embodied by the verb. This is why the dynamics of personal identity can be grasped promptly through verbs, emphasizing our creative capacity.

Being and doing are the fundamental verbs in self-construction! Between them extends a range of verbs describing all the subtleties of our creative initiatives and the cognitive levels previously mentioned. My actions reflect who I am as a spiritual being. The expression of my identity depends greatly on what I believe I am. Thus, the question « Who am I? » has proven to be extremely culturally fertile.

This is the question that gave birth to religions and all philosophies. However, this time I was looking for something very simple and effective, which acts precisely and directly at the heart of the problem and which can be captured in the form of an easy-to-use formula by anyone. Because I am convinced that …

the great truths are simple, and the great miracles are natural.

As a result, even in moments of greatest responsibility, when there is no one to help us, it is possible to find simple solutions in accordance with the laws of nature. Often, reality reveals to us that there are situations where no one comes to tell us our truth, and it is not found in any book. Life really forces us to look for it within ourselves. Because the truth is already there, written in the archetypal energy patterns received from conception. Ultimately, through our research, we only activate this natural information. It is the basis of all our subsequent creations.

Contact with this archetypal truth occurs at every transition from one stage of development to another. During these moments, we are alone without help, guided only by natural structures that push us forward. However, this often goes unnoticed because it happens in a very natural way.

Above all, we will seek this truth within the context of a life marked by conflicts and an inadequate mobilization of adaptive resources.

So we have no other option than to conduct our own research and confirm for ourselves the decisions we make. In this case, it is possible to list the negative beliefs and generate alternative positive thoughts to counteract them and then adjust them using psychoenergetic techniques to make them strong and confirmable. Since the process of confirmation is essential for success, it requires a specific energetic state to support it.

Or another situation, it is the one that occurs naturally during the transition from the child stage to the adult stage. The mode of confirmation then changes 180 degrees (or it should change). The child is confirmed by the adults and thus creates his self-image. The adult must take control of the confirmation. He must self-confirm, and thus, he receives the power to create the self-image he wants.

Self-confirmation generates autonomy and personal sovereignty.

The success of all other actions depends on how this empowerment is carried out. Most of my clients were young people between 20 and 30 years old, and they came to therapy with this problem of self-confidence and self-image construction. In this context, for a practical action, the most effective answer to this question is found in the use of common language, the one used in our daily exchanges.

I saw it very clearly when I worked with a group of young women. I suggested that they create a portrait of the ideal woman. Together we drew up a list of the qualities that such an ideal portrait could contain. Thus, we entered the symbolic space of Consciousness, which creates all our life projects. There, it is the space of values. The emphasis on values greatly structured their work that day. The expression of emotions was abundant, and the cognitive restructuring was profound for each of the participants. It was natural; the ideal portrait gave us the meaning to pursue. The young women knew where to go. That’s when I got the idea for these exercises that I now want to share. This orientation towards values structured their work enormously that day.

At that moment, I clearly saw how the value expressed the core of the self-confirmation activity. This is the secret of personal power.

But I was thinking of an effective form of execution, also using energetic movements. Because in this way, the information is recorded instantly, precisely, and stably in the personal energy system. Otherwise, if one works only verbally, disturbing thoughts can intervene and steal the energetic force of the main thought that one wants to integrate.

So, if we come back to the question « Who am I? » In the end, the answer is that we are what we think we are. The self-image is a psychic part that we have created in the heart of personal subjectivity during the experience of our relationships with others. Depending on how the child is confirmed by attachment figures, this self-image is formed and determines the successes we will achieve in the future. An infantile person depends on external confirmations and then ends up being guided by the decisions made by others.

On the other hand, a responsible adult is required to make his own decisions. Thus, he must take responsibility for confirmation and confirm himself. There is a period when it is necessary to say:

I decide to decide!

The verb decide is the one that crowns the axis between I am and I do. It is the one that reveals the meaning of the creative dynamic, defining the objective. The energies then stabilize according to the decision taken. Even if we do not have the resources necessary to accomplish the chosen task, we will find them along the way; that is certain. The only requirement is to remain sincere and honest with oneself, to recognize our real needs, and to evaluate our resources realistically. And of course, we must remain committed and carry out the task correctly.

What is truly extraordinary in this attitude of commitment is that, throughout the achievement of an objective, we can become aware that we have chosen a wrong path and that we must give up a certain concrete aspect of this objective. However, the investment we have already made has resulted in a more satisfactory solution than the one we could have envisaged at the beginning. This happens to me frequently: it is exactly what happened yesterday. This is why I maintain that flexibility is essential to achieve the goal chosen along the way.

So, it is necessary to adopt an adequate attitude and play the role required by this task. And this is based on self-esteem. It is essential to first check if the personal image is correctly set in motion. If it is not, we have the possibility to work on it. In reality, although the method that I present here can also serve other purposes, even extremely concrete ones, I give priority to the reconstruction of the self-image. This is where the inherent power of each individual lies.
